Screams In the Night: Who Killed Stacey Colbert?
Stacey Colbert disappeared from her Columbus, Ohio apartment after ordering delivery.
When her sister arrived at her apartment, she saw pizza and milk left out on the counter. The refrigerator door was open. Her beloved cat was left outside.
She called the police.
On the 24th of March 1998, Stacey Colbert failed to show up for her shift at work. Her sister, Danielle, checked the residence and noticed all of Stacey’s personal belongings were still there: her purse, her car keys, her money, and credit cards. Her car was sitting in the garage.
The scene was suggesting Stacey hadn’t left of her own accord.
Stacey was a marketing student at Ohio State University and graduated in 1998. Friends say she had a warm and beautiful smile. She loved to dance and was always the life of the party.
The 23-year-old had her own apartment and a brand-new job as a marketing assistant at American Electric and Power.
