Thanks for your insight, Nicole! My theory is the Paul's girlfriend or her brother did it. They both had motive and Paul was planning to kick Teresa out of his home around the time he disappeared. It just makes the most sense to me. I agree that it was covered up hastily and I wonder if they didn't expect Sarah and Lorenzo to be there that night.... or maybe they did and didn't care about the casualties.

The changed locks were apparently something that Paul would do after he fired an employee. Since Tom had recently been fired, I assume that explains the change. Tom might have found out about that as well and it could have added fuel to the fire.

Either way, the most important thing is that the victims need to be found and brought home. It is heart-wrenching to not know where your loved one is! I hope efforts are being made to locate them. Sadly, like you said, police have made so many mistakes in this case it is doubtful they are even trying. Thanks for the great discussion!! Until next time :)
