It is always so devastating when a child is murdered. It's even more devastating when their killer is never found. No clues, no leads, and no suspect.

She was about to celebrate her 15th birthday. Instead, her cold and lifeless body was found dumped off of a remote embankment in Seattle, Washington. She had been stabbed to death.

Tanya Marie Frazier was only 14 years old when was reported missing by her mother on the 18th of July 1994. She was supposed to be home by 4 p.m. that day. When she didn’t arrive by 6 p.m. her family knew something was wrong.

Tanya was a very sweet, but shy girl who loved to take stuffed animals to school. She was working a summer job and was very close to her mother and sister.

And she knew better than to get into a stranger’s car.

She was last seen alive by her classmates. The young girl was leaving summer classes at Meany Middle School and witnesses reported seeing her talking to an unknown, disheveled male, but this man has never been located. It’s a mystery whether he is even involved in the crime.

Subsequently, at around 11:00 a.m., Tanya was seen waiting at the bus stop on 23rd East Street and East John…
