In August 2009, Angela Simpson mercilessly tormented a disabled man for three days, earning her the status of one of Arizona’s most notorious killers. She went on to strangle and dismember him before dumping his body and setting him on fire.

The horrifying murder came to light when Phoenix police investigated a fire in a dumpster behind a church. There they discovered charred human remains inside. Through fingerprint tests, the remains were identified as belonging to 46-year-old Terry Neely, a resident of a local assisted-care facility that Simpson had lured to her home with the promise of sex.

Simpson confessed to Neely’s murder without showing any remorse and was sentenced to life in prison. In a chilling interview with Arizona’s 3TV, she admitted, “I’m a little upset that I won’t be able to, you know, kill more snitches, but I have no remorse about killing him [Neely].”
