Shooting victim Shane Snellman was found mummified in a creepy hoarder house. Snellman Family.

In Sydney, Australia, there was a house known by the local children as “The Creepy House on the Corner.” The eccentric gentleman who resided there was frequently heard talking to himself while working in his garden and was known to send Christmas cards to a dead dog.

But that was just the beginning of the oddities that surrounded Bruce Andrew Roberts because it was later found that he had been living with the mummified corpse of a person he had shot to death.

Sixty-year-old Bruce Andrew Roberts was known around the Greenwich neighborhood as a rich hoarder. No one came near the home or visited Bruce. He was a recluse and barely ever left his house. There was so much trash and clutter collected that it completely covered the windows.

On the 21st of July 2017, a neighbor called the police to request a welfare check on the peculiar man. Inside, officers found Roberts lying dead on top of a heater. It was surmised by the coroner that he likely died from a heart attack.

An entire year passed before it was discovered that Roberts wasn’t living alone.
